Death by Chocolate -Chocolate cake with a decadent chocolate frosting
Chocolate Raspberry – Rich chocolate cake and buttercream with a layer of Raspberry Jam
Cookies & Cream – Moist chocolate cake with a crumble cookie icing
Cookie Dough -Vanilla chocolate chip cake with cookie dough buttercream frosting

Sizing and Serving Guide
The cake yields below are based on a 2″ x 2″ serving size. Multi-tiered cakes have 2 or more tiers of Round cakes stacked with plastic dowels to maintain stability for display (Please remind your venue or caterer to remove all supports before serving)

Fresh Flowers and Cake toppers
Fresh flowers are a stunning addition to any cake. Brides can add fresh flowers from their bouquet to a cake for a fee $25.00.
Recommended types: Roses, Alstroemeria, Freesia, Iris, Daisies or Gerbera Daisies, Hydrangea, Dendrobium or Cymbidium Orchids, Lilies, Tulips, Mums and Waxed Flowers.
In choosing to have fresh flowers arranged on your cake, you acknowledge that fresh flowers are not food products, and may be toxic or contain pesticide/herbicide residues, dirt, insects, and/or other contaminants.
If we have been informed prior to the event date that fresh flowers will be supplied for your cake, we will gladly arrange these flowers on your cake for you, upon our arrival on site. However, all responsibility for the freshness, color, overall condition, and cleanliness of the flowers rests with you (and/or the event florist).
Ordering, Delivery and Setup
QUOTE – Visit our wedding page and submit a quote request form. We will give you a call and setup a consultation by phone or in person.
Consultations/Tastings – We meet with clients for tastings by appointment only. Please call to set up your consultation appointment. There is a $35 fee for all consultations/tastings. Consultations are done for orders of 75 servings or more. For consultations and tastings, we ask that you limit your party to four (4) people including yourself.
We also offer “Pick Up and Go” tastings where you can stop by and pick up the available sample cake in a to-go box during regular hours. “Pick Up and Go” tastings can be done for any event size. There is a $35 fee for our “Pick Up and Go” tastings.
ORDERING + PAYMENT – We require a minimum of two months notice on all cakes with two or more tiers. Any changes to the order must be done with at 1 week notice, major changes could be denied.
A 50% non-refundable payment/retainer is required in order to reserve your date and cake. Final payment is due one week prior to pickup or prior to delivery. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.
Delivery is available Thursdays through Sundays within a delivery window from 9am to 3pm. Please note that we are not available for all order sizes.
Delivery charges within Ottawa start at $50.00. Rates are calculated based on destination address. Our cakes are not suitable for shipping via air or land freight. Cakes being picked up from our bakery should be transported in air-conditioned vehicles or refrigerated containers.
Pick-ups must be made by noon on the date of the event at our bakery in the Byward Market. Please note that tiered cakes require at least two people to securely transport and we are not liable or responsible for the cake once it has left the bakery. To learn more about our polices click here.
